Sales Advisors:
You will be responsible for dealing with enquiries from the public. You will not be used as a 'cold caller'. All our enquires are from people with who have request help regarding their finances.
- To take details from the client with regards their current financial commitments, income and expenditure;
- If applicable to explain the process of debt management and agree a suitable repayment level and date based upon their disposable income.
- To advise the client of any further queries and prepare them for commencement of the debt management plan.
- To advise the client on the best possible course of action available to them.
Customer Services Officers:
As a Customer Services Officer your duties will include dealing with enquiries from existing cutomers and their creditor.
- ou will have your own client base, answering questions from your customers and their creditors regarding the running of the management plan.
- Chasing up information to ensure smooth and accurate running of programme.
- To deal with our customers in a friendly and professional manner and in line with the Company's standards and procedures.
